After the study soda consumption was slowly eliminated and the symptoms disappeared.
Other health risks of consuming too much soda include elevated blood pressure, obesity, high LDL cholesterol, insulin resistance, diabetes, heart problems, gout, chronic kidney disease, osteoporosis, kidney stones and tooth decay.
