Description
- Sit on the floor with your legs in front of you.
- Rock your body back and down, hands catching the floor right behind your head.
- Quickly push with your hands and roll your body back up to a sitting position.
- Repeat for a specified number of reps.
ProTip
- Use a soft surface, such as a mat or rubberized flooring.
Mistakes
- Not rolling forward fast enough, thus having to straighten the legs to complete.
Well that sounds fun. Good tip about doing it on a soft surface. You can really hurt your back with this exercise and for very little fitness benefit. I prefer something like Shapely Secrets which is more about improving functionality of muscles than potentially injurious movements.
